Beth Rubenstein is a ceramic artist living in Brooklyn, NY.

She was a long time student at Chambers Pottery in Tribeca, where she is now a studio potter. She has taught workshops in glazing techniques for students at Chambers over the years. She has also taken ceramics workshops at art schools in Maine, Tennessee, Colorado and Bali.

Beth sells her work at an annual home sale, and some of her pottery is carried at The Brooklyn Women's Exchange in Brooklyn Heights.  She has had pieces on exhibit in the Small Favors show at The Clay Studio in Philadelphia.

Beth sees pottery as both an art and a meditation.  “I like to make simple, graceful forms that are comfortable to use and beautiful to look at.”

Beth had a 35 year career as a teacher, specializing in early childhood education and elementary science education.
